- Due to the bespoke nature of this setting, the creation process begins once your order is placed.
- As this is a custom-made piece, your order will not be eligible for refund once work has commenced.
The Process:
You can choose to secure your booking with either an initial instalment or full payment of your quote. Once your order is confirmed I will send you an email confirmation and postage label to send your jewellery to my studio for processing. Please include a signed copy of the terms and conditions when sending your jewellery in so that I can insure them for use in your redesign.
Upon receipt of your jewels, I will assess and catalogue them for use in your new designs. At this stage I will create a visual 3d model of your new designs for your final approval. Once you've approved the 3d view, you can choose to have a resin model to try before I create the pieces in metal.
Following this, I will create your special pieces and give you an estimated delivery date (currently 8-10 weeks from order).
